My Novel Excerpts

The following excerpts of my novels are in pdf format and only a page or two long.

Clicking on the book title will take you to the excerpt.

Enjoy!

Let Sleeping Gods Lie – for those of you who adore great characters, good vs evil, and the power of love.

Blogger review quote: Australia is home to another of my favourite novels, The Thorn Birds, and Let Sleeping Gods Lie has joined that top ten list; well plotted and paced, teeming with incredible characters, framed by poetic prose.  I highly recommend.”

Wolf Pear – for those of you who’d love to see a psychic detective solve a murder mystery.

Amazon review quote: “With a novel like this it is apparent to me why your writing has won so many awards. I absolutely love this novel. It is captivating, enthralling, has great pacing, relatable narrators, intrigue, suspense and an amazing storyline.”

Soul’s Child for those who have ever watched a TV show about psychic ghost hunters and wondered what  would happen if one of them really saw a ghost!

Amazon review quote: “The writing captivates from the very beginning with a most compelling style and story development. In my creative writing teaching years ago, this exquisite gem would have been required reading and used as a model of quintessential story telling.”

The Everything Theory – for those of you who love ancient mysteries, conspiracy theories and thrillers.

Amazon review quote: “The Everything Theory includes the best answer I’ve ever heard for man’s repeated question of “if all this really happened, why doesn’t everybody know about it?”

The Eleventh Question – for those of you who love a touch of philosophy.

Amazon review quote: “The Eleventh Question not only engages us in the journey of the characters but makes us reflect on the signs that life presents. It delves into the deeper meaning of intuition and gives us hope that nobody is ever truly alone. It is an uplifting story of survival and success against all odds.”

Dianne, i just read the excerpts from “Wolfpear” and “Let Sleeping Gods Lie”, loved it! Both texts draw you in, like a whirlpool and the distance between me, the reader and the text is gone – it’s as if i am there, witnessing it all or even participating… Mastery in writing, what else can i say?
