Best New Year Photo
I hope you’re all having a great start to 2014!
I’ve been trying to complete my next three novels, but things just keep getting in the way. My new year’s resolution is related to the picture below because I need to get into my writing with a big bang.
On New Year’s Eve I was sitting outside with my daughter when she handed me a party popper and asked me to pop it. She took this photo with her iphone and her timing was perfect!
I’ve missed you! Happy new year!!

Yes – three novels, I can’t write one at a time because I get writer’s block so I switch between them.
Great to hear from you and I hope you and your amazing sons have had a great New Year 🙂

I’m glad you enjoyed Holding Up the Earth, but that’s not my book 😦 There’s another writer called Dianne Gray which makes things highly confusing most of the time (should I change my name? LOL). But I’m sure she’d be very pleased you liked it 😀 It’s great to hear from you, I was just reading about the return of the dress. What a beautiful story 😉

Not your book? Really??? Ack! Egg on face. I guess I should look over the titles from your website instead of by name via Barnes & Noble, eh?
Well, the only solution is to start my Dianne Gray selection over again… more carefully this time!
Glad you liked my dress story -Alice was my hero! 😉

Awesome. The lights are perfect! Timing is everything. I am in the same condition as your friend Barb. I completed the 50,000 words in Nov. I added details and edits in Dec. and Jan., and I remain in that process. When I can get to it I keep editing, but as I edit, I rewrite. EEEEEK! I admire your ability to have finished several. To attempt three at one time would destroy my brain! 🙂 I’ve missed your blogging, so that’s hundreds more pieces of writing – the blog and the comments. I’m glad you’re back! It is a treat. 🙂 Marsha 🙂

I knew you’d appreciate the timing of this pic, Marsha 😉
I try and write more than one at a time to stop writer’s block – as soon as I get stuck with one I switch to another and look at it with fresh eyes. It’s the only way I can write. Having said that, I have been particularly slack with my writing for a few months. I need to develop a routine 😉
It’s nice to be back 😀

I have discovered that routines work for a while for me, then I’m under so much pressure that I pop out of them. Then I’m a floating blob of cyberplasm again. Is there no answer? Yikes. The more I learn, the more there is to distract me.
